8 garlic cloves
3 red chilli peppers
2 stalks green onion
Cut the onions in half and then cut on angle into 5 cm pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and slice into thick slices. Cut the red chilli pepper in thin stripes.
300 g pork belly cut into bite-size
1 tsp salt

Place a frying pan on medium heat and put the pork belly chunks on the hot pan. Season with salt and roast over medium heat until lightly brown and cooked. If too much oil comes out from the pork belly, take out some of it.

2 garlic cloves minced
60 ml water
Add dark soy sauce, the green onions, chilli peppers, minced garlic cloves, coarse and fine red pepper powder and stir fry. Add the water to blend all ingredients well.
1 tblsp sesame oil
½ tsp ground black pepper
Add the black pepper and sesame oil and mix before the green onions soften.
1 tsp ground sesame seeds
Transfer on the serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with beer or any strong alcohol.
