Day or two days old homemade buns, baguette
Good Quality Olive oil
Homemade unsalted butter or store-bought good quality unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line the baking tray with baking paper.
Slice buns or baguettes about 1-1.5 cm, and brush each slice with butter or olive oil.

Transfer the slices to the baking tray and pop into the oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Leave to cool on the tray. Top with your favourite toppings or with Homemade Plant Based Pâté, Carlin Peammus, Duck Rilletes and Pork Pâté. |
