Homemade Crostini

Ingredients
Method
Day or two days old homemade buns, baguette
Good Quality Olive oil
Homemade unsalted butter or store-bought good quality unsalted butter
Homemade Buns a day or two days oldSlice the buns into 1.5 cm slicesSpread a thin layer of unslated butter
Sprinkle with olive oil
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line the baking tray with baking paper.
Slice buns or baguettes about 1-1.5 cm, and brush each slice with butter or olive oil.
Bun slices with butter and oilBaked slices Transfer the slices to the baking tray and pop into the oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Leave to cool on the tray. Top with your favourite toppings or with Homemade Plant Based Pâté, Carlin Peammus, Duck Rilletes and Pork Pâté.
