1 large or 2 small hard boiled eggs, organic or free range if possible
1 large shallot, finelly chopped
3 medium gherkins, finelly chopped
4 tbsps homemade mayonnaise
|
Combine the ingredients in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and black ground pepper. Stir and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with the fish, burgers and cold meat. |
