Avocado Dip

2 medium avocados, halved and pitted
1/2 tsp salt
juice of half lime
1 tbsp of avocado oil
1 garlic clove, minced

Scoop the flesh of the avocado and place it in the food processor. Add the avocado oil, salt, garlic, lime juice and the other ingredients of your choice, such as coriander and chipotle paste.
Process until the dip is smooth and silkyTransfer to the serving dish
Process until the sauce is smooth and silky. Adjust the taste by adding salt or spices. Transfer to a bowl or the other dish of your liking, and keep refrigerated until served. It keeps well in the fridge covered for up to 4 days.
