Watermelon Lemonade

Method
600 g flesh from fresh and ripe watermelonRemove the flesh from the watermelonPlace the flesh in the food processor
Place the watermelon flesh in food processor.
Process the watermelon and strain the juice through the strainer to catch the seeds and the pulp. Stir the pulp with the spoon to release more juice. Continue with the rest of the flesh. Juice the lemon and remove the seeds.
1 tbsp agave syrup (optional), you can add more or less, adjust to your taste
1 large lemon, only juice
Add lemon juiceAdd agave syrup if you need more sweetness
Stir the watermelon juice with lemon and agave syrup
Juice the lemon and remove the seeds. Add the lemon juice to the watermelon juice, add the agave syrup, if you use it and stir.

200 ml sparkling water

Pour the juice in a bottleAdd sparkling water

Pour the watermelon juice with the lemon juice and agave syrup to the glass water or any other container you would like to use for the watermelon lemonade. Add sparkling water and stir. Place the lemonade in the fridge to chill the beverage for at least one hour.
